Employment contract (Umowa o pracę) is essential for obtaining a European Union RESIDENT’S CARD. It must be written, specifying terms, conditions, and duration. The contract obliges the employee to perform work under the employer’s supervision at specified times and places, ensuring a legally stipulated minimum wage and various severance payments. Regulated by labour law, it includes compensation for overtime: 100% for night work, Sundays, and holidays; 50% for overtime on other days. Our company will issue this contract solely for the RESIDENT’S CARD application and does not provide actual work.
